Who you are buying from

This shop is run by Amanda Barnes, South America Wine Guide, based in England. Contact: contact@southamericawineguide.com.

Prices and payment

Prices are set in pounds sterling. Where your country allows, prices are shown and charged in your own currency, converted at the day's rate. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider; your card details never reach us. Printed books and e-guides are zero-rated for UK VAT.

Your order

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. If something goes wrong, for example a book is out of stock or a price was shown wrongly, we will tell you before we take payment or refund you in full.

E-guides: your personal copy

When you buy an e-guide you receive a personal licence to read it on your own devices. It remains our copyright. Please do not share, copy, resell or redistribute the file, in whole or in part. You may print pages for your own use.

Pre-orders

A pre-order reserves a copy of a book that is not yet printed. Publication dates are our best estimate and can move; if a date changes, we tell you by email, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Postage for pre-orders is arranged when the book is out, as described in our Shipping policy.

Content

Everything on this site and in our books and guides, including text, photographs, maps and design, belongs to South America Wine Guide or is used with permission. Recommendations are our honest opinion at the time of writing; wines, wineries and opening hours change, so please check before you travel.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

South America Wine Guide is a trading name of Barnes MW Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16927065.
