Printed books

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after the book arrives. Email contact@southamericawineguide.com, then post the book back to us in the condition you received it. You pay the return postage. We refund the price of the book within 14 days of receiving it back, to the card you paid with.

If a book arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, tell us and we replace it or refund you in full, including postage. Please send a photo of any damage; it helps us claim from the postal service.

E-guides

E-guides are digital files. When you buy one you agree that we deliver it straight away, and you accept that once the download link has been sent, the 14-day cancellation right that applies to physical goods no longer applies. If a file is faulty or will not open, email us and we replace it or refund you.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before the book is dispatched and receive a full refund. Email contact@southamericawineguide.com. Once the book has been posted, the printed-books rules above apply.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually show within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
